You are ONLY purchasing the set of signs or an individual sign. The tray or other decor pictured is NOT included with purchase.
These signs are designed to be used with a picture easel to stand or you can lean it on something else. It will NOT stand on its own. The Picture easel is not included in the complete set but can be purchased separately.
